Bradenton Motorcyclist Dies After Single Vehicle Crash Near Myakka City
MANATEE COUNTY - Florida Highway Patrol announced a man has died after being involved in a motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened as a 57-year-old man from Bradenton Florida was riding a motorcycle heading east on 289th Street East, north of the intersection with 104th Drive east, late Saturday afternoon.
At 4:56PM , for reasons unknown, the motorcyclist failed to negotiate a left curve and drove off the roadway, where he collided with a wooden fence.
First reposnders pronounced the man deceased at the scene of the crash.
FHP has stated that the accident remains under investigation.
